As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, serving as a vital link between specialized technical talent and the engineering teams that build world-class facilities. This role goes beyond simple hiring; you will consult directly with management to forecast needs, proactively source high-level professionals, and manage the entire candidate experience from the first outreach to onboarding. It is a high-impact position designed for a strategic recruiter who thrives on building sustainable talent pipelines and acting as a primary brand ambassador in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Here’s a Glimpse Into Your Day To Day

  • Provide full recruitment lifecycle support to the Operations, Management, and other TAI business groups for permanent and contractual positions.
  • Proactive candidate sourcing to proactively identify, engage, and attract potential candidates
  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline to support current or future hiring needs.
  • Develop strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers, understanding business needs and building strategic candidate pipelines to fulfill these needs.
  • Screening, interviewing, performing reference checks on prospective employees.
  • Working with management to understand hiring needs and identifying candidates to fill job requirements.
  • Work with search firms/placement agencies when necessary to determine optimal recruitment methods.
  • Manage candidate engagement through entire recruiting process and close candidates with verbal offers and formal offer letters.
  • Perform new hire orientations, coordinate employee on-boarding, and general Human Resource tasks.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by attending local networking events and job fairs to create brand awareness.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, energy and tenacity in achieving results; optimistic yet realistic; upbeat attitude; ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment required.

You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition/related experience required.
  • Previous recruiting experience within engineering, construction, manufacturing, technical, or related industry preferred.
  • Previous experience utilizing an ATS required.
  • Efficient with using social media platforms for recruiting, such as LinkedIn
  • Efficient with utilizing various search engines such as CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc. for resume search and job postings.
  • Have a general knowledge of hiring practices and employment laws.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, in a fast-paced business environment required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay: $90,000-105,000 annually (depending on experience)
  • Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
  • PTO and Paid Holidays
