We are seeking a passionate and strategic Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute the social presences of our luxury carpet brands Tai Ping & Edward Fields. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop platform-specific content that aligns with brand aesthetics and drives engagement across our digital community.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Adapt and post content across all social channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Brand Director to tailor visual content for each platform, ensuring alignment with overall campaign goals and brand standards.
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand presence that reflects the sophistication and heritage of our luxury brands.
Content Creation & Asset Management
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content (BTS) at photoshoots and events.
- Organize and maintain a library of social assets, including imagery, video, and copy, for current and future use.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to coordinate delivery of social assets to external advertising agencies surrounding campaign launches.
Copywriting & Tone Adaptation
- Write and adapt copy for social platforms, balancing brand voice with channel-specific best practices.
- Own content planning, copywriting, and posting cadence for LinkedIn, tailored to a professional design and architecture audience.
Community Engagement
- Respond to DMs, comments, and brand mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Engage with aligned industry accounts, clients, and designers to support organic community growth.
Analytics & Insights
- Track KPIs, report on engagement and growth metrics, and surface insights to optimize content strategy.
- Use CRM and sales data to identify top-performing products, designers, or regions and propose content opportunities accordingly.
- Monitor competitor landscape and social trends to help inform and evolve our content approach.
- Manage an allocated boosting budget across campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
Team Collaboration
- Assist in content production and photoshoot planning/execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across platforms and campaigns.
What we are looking for
- 2 years experience in social media coordination or content creation, preferably in a luxury, design, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn, including best practices and algorithm trends.
- Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of visual storytelling, luxury branding, and digital marketing KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools and social media analytics platforms a plus.
