I am working with a top client in the financial services space seeking a REMOTE Social Media Coordinator to support their team on a one year contract basis.
Manage content scheduling, publishing, tagging, QA, and channel maintenance across key social platforms.
Work cross-functionally to handle reviews and approvals with marketing, communications, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams.
Ensure content aligns with brand standards, platform best practices, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
Support social media governance processes, documentation, and playbooks.
Track performance and provide reporting on content effectiveness, engagement, and channel health.
Contribute to content ideation and creative briefing for platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Instagram.
Skills Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media, content publishing, or digital marketing.
Experience supporting social media programs preferably in financial services or insurance.
Strong experience with organic social media publishing and social content operations.
Experience using project management tools to manage content workflows.
Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Sprinklr, or similar tools.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Professional communication skills and a polished, dependable presence.
