Seeking a Full-Time Social Media Coordinator to lead and execute a dynamic social media presence that reflects a strong brand voice, aesthetic, and growth goals. This role is ideal for a creative, highly organized digital marketer who knows how to turn brand vision into compelling platform-specific content and meaningful community engagement.
About the Role
The Social Media Coordinator will own the day-to-day social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a strong focus on expanding reach, engagement, and conversion. This person will build monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and relevant cultural moments, while ensuring content remains timely, on-brand, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across key channels
- Build and manage monthly content calendars tied to launches, drops, and cultural moments
- Translate brand vision into engaging, platform-specific content for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Create original content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and sales
- Plan and participate in photo and video shoots in-store and on location
- Build, engage, and nurture the online community
- Track and report on ROI for influencer and creator partnerships
- Support the launch of TikTok Shop and implement live selling strategies
- Identify opportunities to expand and optimize current social platforms
Qualifications
- Experience managing brand social media accounts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of current social trends, platform best practices, and content strategy
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage editorial calendars
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign performance tracking
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, live selling, and social commerce is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience working for a fashion, retail, or beauty brand

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
