Tahoe Pops is a small local business that crafts frozen popsicles and delivers to grocery and retail accounts all over Tahoe, Reno & Sacramento.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van
- Load and unload goods ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, maintaining punctuality and optimizing travel time.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist with tasks such as moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations throughout each shift.
- Documents delivery freezer temperatures
- Complete daily logs with updates and information about each customer delivery
Experience
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with food delivery or grocery
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform manual lifting tasks safely.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory handling procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
