Essential Functions:
* Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times
* Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
* Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
* Follows and completes production sheets
* Keeps prepared food continuously flowing out of the kitchen
* Keeps entire kitchen clean; stocks and sets up station
* Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
* Follows proper procedures when noticing out of stock
* Operates and maintains equipment properly
* Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
* Follows HACCP gudelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
* Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks product to par level
* Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year related food service experience preferred
* Outstanding guest service skills
* Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
* Ability to do simple arithmetic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
