Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk

We are hiring at Tagliarini Chiropractic in West Hartford! Well-established, busy Chiropractic office in West Hartford needs a dependable, personable, caring, sharp, self-motivated, detail-oriented, articulate, computer literate individual for part-time office duties. Help make a difference in the health of our community while working in a positive environment with a fantastic team. This position requires use of a standing workstation. As we will be investing time to train the right individual, we are looking for a long-term team member (summer only will not be considered). Part-time hours are flexible within our Monday–Friday office schedule and can be determined during the interview process. Starting pay during training ranges from $17-20 depending on experience.Job responsibilities you will be trained in include but are not limited to:> Answer and direct phone calls with exceptional customer service> Coordinate new and existing patient appointments to ensure timely service> Become proficient in explaining all patient services performed in the office> Advise patients of their financial responsibility, obtain payment agreements for their portion, and collect payments on time> Assist in patient care such as vitals, a variety of in office therapies and explaining prescribed at home exercises> Have a working knowledge of all basic front desk duties including filing, copying, scanning, faxing> Assist with general light cleaning, disinfection and clinical aestheticsIn order to achieve consideration for all worthy applicants, we are asking all interested parties to please submit a resume AND a 1-2 minute video introducing yourself and why we should hire you at Tagliarini Chiropractic to tagchirojob@gmail.com.
