Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to support our daily office, warehouse, and customer service operations. This role requires someone who enjoys multitasking, providing excellent customer support, and stepping into the warehouse when needed to ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide customer service support, including issuing call tags and handling order inquiries.
- Send samples to prospective and existing customers.
- Assist with light invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Print orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipments.
- Create and maintain out-of-stock labels and inventory notifications.
- Help organize and maintain the showroom and product displays.
- Work closely with the warehouse team and assist with warehouse tasks when necessary.
- Monitor orders to ensure they are packed and shipped accurately and on time.
- Support day-to-day operational needs and help maintain smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- Experience with shipping, inventory, or wholesale operations is a plus.
