Responsibilities
- Selling various State Farm Products (Auto-Fire-Life-Health-Pet and many more)
- Assist clients via phone, email, and in person with quotes, sales, and service tasks.
- Preform policy reviews with our current customers.
Skills
- Computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction across diverse populations; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques; high attention to detail for accuracy in all work
- Previous experience in sales within insurance setting is highly desirable
