Job Description:
As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Quick Lane customers. You’ll greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, recommend maintenance services, and coordinate with our technician team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Responsibilities:

Greet Quick Lane customers in a friendly, professional manner

Perform quick vehicle walk-arounds and identify service needs

Communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
