Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Overview:
Tag It is looking for a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role includes front desk responsibilities, and basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry. Experience with QuickBooks is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
- Answer phones, manage emails, and handle administrative tasks
- Maintain transaction logs and internal records
- Log new transactions into the system
- Prepare and ship completed transactions to clients
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and data entry using QuickBooks
- Communicate with dealerships, clients, and DMV offices
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- DMV or automotive experience (a plus)
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience using QuickBooks (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent phone, email, and customer service communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, professional, and able to multitask effectively
