This is a full-time on-site role located in New Smyrna Beach, FL, for an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves daily tasks such as managing customer inquiries, creating quotes, and processing sales orders. The Inside Sales Representative will build strong relationships with clients, assist with lead generation, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting account management initiatives, and collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Strong experience in Inside Sales with an ability to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Skilled in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction through excellent communication and responsiveness.
- Proficient in Lead Generation techniques to identify new opportunities and grow the customer base.
- Experience with Account Management, effectively managing relationships and ensuring client retention.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of the entertainment, event, or trussing industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
