THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Schedule:
You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with an 8-hour shift every Monday through Friday, providing you with a consistent and reliable work routine!
Day-to-Day:
Imagine a day where you convert pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers and turn existing clients into repeat business. As our Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include answering and managing inbound/outbound sales calls, engaging customers in meaningful conversations, and achieving conversion goals. Your vital role involves selling residential pest control services aligned with our standard operating procedures. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Inside sales experience
- Ability to type at a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Ability to calculate basic math
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
Being bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required!
