We are seeking a Program Manager with our Aerospace client for a full time, direct hire opportunity to lead aerospace programs in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving projects through execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to customer requirements.
Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Manage program execution across cost, schedule, and performance
- Lead cross-functional teams and daily stand-ups
- Build and maintain program schedules and milestones
- Track risks and performance using EVM
- Provide customer updates and stakeholder reporting
- Oversee deliverables and support supply chain coordination
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 3–5 years program management experience in aerospace
- 3 years in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with EVM
- Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering)
- PMP Certification
