We have an outstanding Contract position for a Material Handler to join a leading Company located in the Midway, GA surrounding area.Responsibilities:Responsible for moving and placing parts and materials ready for processing and storageRemoves and weighs chipsLoads and unloading trucksSet up parts in designated areas to prepare for processingIdentifies and ensures that the correct parts are placed in the designated orderAssists machine operators with general duties as requested to support the smooth operation of the machinesReports any problems observed to the supervisor, whether they are related to the storage and placing of parts or machine malfunctions, etcProduces daily production reports as directed by the supervisorMust have understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructionsMaintains a safe and organized workstation and follows all company policy, safety, and proceduresBasic Hiring Criteria:High School Diploma or equivalentSix months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to operate a forklift and man lift to approved O.S.H.A. standardsThis position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements.
