What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Engineer position at TAD PGS, Inc.?
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity
MUST come from a Commercial Office Property Background and have an OSHA and CFC Universal Certification to be considered
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and buildouts
- Monitor BAS and building systems; respond to alarms and emergencies
- Work with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and compliance
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Experienced Building Engineer or strong handyman/contractor background
- Broad skill set: electric, HVAC, plumbing, painting/patching
- EPA Universal (CFC) Certification
- OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Safety Training
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Physical capability to lift, climb, and work in mechanical spaces
