We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Officer Dispatcher to join our dynamic security team. Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all security-related communications via phone, radio, and internal messaging systems
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems continuously to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
• Dispatch security personnel promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing clear instructions and support
• Maintain detailed logs of all communications, incidents, and security activities with accuracy and professionalism
• Operate security systems including access control, CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television), and alarm monitoring tools effectively
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents, providing accurate information swiftly
• Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or misconduct through surveillance monitoring
• Write comprehensive incident reports that clearly document events, actions taken, and outcomes

Experience

• Previous experience in law enforcement, dispatching, or security operations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with CCTV system operation (AV) and surveillance monitoring techniques
• Call center experience or phone communication skills that demonstrate professionalism under pressure
• Strong technical proficiency in security system monitoring and basic math for report calculations
• Excellent internal communication skills for effective coordination within teams and departments
• Proven ability to manage conflict situations with calmness and clarity
• Demonstrated writing skills for detailed report writing and documentation purposes
• Experience in customer service environments enhances the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically

Pay: $9.00 - $9.50 per hour
