We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage demolition projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Oversee jobsite operations, superintendents, and field crews
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost tracking
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Lead jobsite meetings and provide progress updates
- Resolve field issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure proper documentation, permits, and project close-out
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in demolition or heavy civil construction
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of demolition means and methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial and industrial demolition
- Knowledge of environmental abatement coordination
- Estimating or preconstruction experience a plus
