Job Description
Job Title: Junior Practitioner
General Job Function: Provide BCBA Case Supervision under direct supervision of a licensed BCBA. You will oversee a small caseload under the supervision of a behavior analyst.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree- Compeleted
Essential Physical Requirements: You will be expected to be able to bend at the waist, lift at least 50 pounds, and be able to implement company-related safety care procedures (e.g., restraints, protective movements, etc.).
Billable Requirements: You will be expected to provide at least 300 billable hours per company calendar quarter.
Working Requirement: You will be expected to work at least 40 hours per week.
Your job duties will be comprised as billable and non-billable activities as described below:
Case BCBA Assistance. Direct supervision of senior ABA technicians and technicians, Training of direct care therapists, Treatment plan development (e.g., functional analysis, treatment analysis, behavior guideline development), Development of individualized objectives, Skill acquisition curriculum development (e.g., conducting skills assessments and writing programs), Supervision of curricula developed by senior ABA therapists, Parent training, School consultation, Progress report development, Treatment Plan Management, Timely submission of timesheet and reports, Fulfillment of Billable Requirement, Management of caseloads commensurate with company managed care policies and procedures, schedule coordination, direct therapy, travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
