Back of House team members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties:

Duties
Back of House team members will work a variety of positions, which include but are not limited to the following duties:
- Love our Menu and learn how to cook all recipes
- Prep experience a must!
- All of our team members wash dishes
- Plancha experience
- Make our salsas from scratch, starting with roasting peppers.
- Cleanliness! We believe in food safety, and cleanliness!
- Cross Train!
- Have fun!

- Previous customer service or restaurant experience
- General knowledge of POS system
- Strong communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 pounds frequently
