This is a tipped position with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate.
Unlike many restaurants where slow shifts can lead to unpredictable paychecks, we guarantee you'll earn at least a minimum hourly rate. If your base wage and tips don't reach that amount, we cover the difference. On busy shifts, you'll still have the opportunity to earn above the guaranteed rate.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, welcoming customer service
- Take guest orders and operate the POS system
- Run food quickly and accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages (where applicable)
- Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and organized
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver outstanding hospitality
Qualifications
- At least one year of customer service experience (restaurant experience is a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
