What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier position at Taco Villa?
A.K.A. Customer Maniac! Customer Maniacs provide world class service as they welcome each and every customer in to the restaurant and make them feel comfortable from the first visit to every return visit thereafter. Handles the order process for Dine-in and drive-thru from ringing in the order to suggestive selling other items. Assists in stocking, cleaning and keep the store safe and enjoyable for the customer.
As a Taco Villa Customer Maniac, you must be compliant with the following:
• Willing to provide World Class Service!
• Must have a neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Good knowledge of how to count money.
• Ability to stand on your feet for periods of 4-6 hours without rest.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English. (Spanish as a second language is a added bonus.)
• Must have the ability to take customer's orders and provide empathy if needed for customer concerns.
• Ability to work well in team situations
• Ability to sweep, mop, and maintain the salsa bar and dining room for overall guest satisfaction and safety.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend and reach.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
