What You'll Actually Do

As an Assistant General Manager, you're second in command and being built for first.

• Run the floor. Own shift execution end to end — labor, speed of service, food safety, the save when the lunch rush goes sideways.
• Build the team. Coach crew members, set the tone, and create the kind of shift people actually want to pick up.
• Learn the numbers. Food cost, labor percentage, inventory, P&L. Your GM will teach you to read the business, not just work in it.
• Stay in the mix. You'll take orders, run the register, prep food, and clean the dining room right alongside your team. We lead from the line here, not the office.

What You Bring

• 2 years in a supervisory role in quick service restaurants
• A real interest in the business side — you want to understand why the numbers move, not just hit them
• Full-time availability, including days, nights, and weekends
• The judgment to make the call when nobody's there to make it for you
