Shift Leader – $17-$20/hr

Pay: $17-$20/hr based on experience, availability, and performance.

Many of our managers started as shift leaders. We promote from within whenever possible and reward strong performance.

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Leader to help lead our evening team and ensure smooth operations during one of the most important shifts of the day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, coaching team members, solving problems, and creating a positive, high-performing work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members throughout the shift
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Assist with training and coaching employees
• Help manage labor and shift performance
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Complete nightly closing procedures
• Communicate effectively with management

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable and on time

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lead by example
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Available evenings and weekends
• Available to work the swing shifts 6:30am-2:30pm; 11-7pm; 12-8pm; or 4pm-midnight
