Position Summary:
The Employee Experience Specialist will lead North America programs focused on a positive employment lifecycle at Taco. This includes recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and employee event initiatives. This role is critical in shaping a positive employee experience by designing strategies, implementing best practices, and reinforcing initiatives across the region. The position plays a key part in supporting initiatives within the Employee Success Program and collaborates on Talent Management efforts to drive employee retention and strengthen Taco organizational culture

This position works primarily in an office environment using computers and technology. Verbal and auditory capability are required. Occasional exposure in production plant where large equipment and noise are prevalent. Safety gear is required in these areas.
This position may work from home up to 2 days/week if performance is in good standing.

Position Summary:

Measures of success:
- Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS).
- Timely and accurate administration of VOICE micro surveys.
- Actionable insights delivered to leadership based on employee insights.
- Improved employee engagement scores and events participation rates.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Employee Experience
- Map and improve key employee touchpoints from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive experience across the lifecycle
- Designs, implements, and manages a people experience program considering the purpose and goals of the organization.
- Lead the new employee hire orientation.
- Lead, inform and equip employees about change initiatives and tools
- Meet with employees and solicits, collects, and reviews employee insights and identify feedback trends.
- Cultivate a work environment consistent with organizational values and enhances the daily experience of employees.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism in all interactions with employees, training participants, associated project vendors, and community members.
- Develop and implement events and programs that drive engagement, motivation, safety, and well-being.
- Collaborate with departments and management to communicate training and development opportunities that enhance employee skills, job satisfaction, and career growth.
- Assist with implementation of employee training and professional development programs.
- Design and lead employee feedback survey setup and implementation, provides managers with system access, and provides reporting on progress, challenges and solutions.
- Promote success stories internally and externally, provide insights into actions taken related to VOICE.
- Partner with talent acquisition to assess best practices in recruitment.
- Develop hiring plans that encourage diversity and engagement and lead to improve candidate experience.
- Enhance content related to job posting, and career page content.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing preferred
- 7 years in diverse human resources, operation and/or talent management functions; transferable skills may be acceptable; manufacturing environment is helpful
- Ability to lead training and facilitate change management for workforces
- Change & Project Management: Skilled in planning and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to Influence & Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for internal messaging and event promotion.
- Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Communications, and business leaders.
- Creativity & Innovation: Develop engaging programs that align with company culture and values.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify gaps in engagement and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and manage competing tasks
