Primary Responsibilities Include
- Use daily reporting to identify required employment verifications.
- Manage multiple shared inboxes for intake of rush requests.
- Contact employers via telephone for verbal verifications.
- Contact employers via email/fax for written verifications.
- Utilize third-party vendor websites for employment verifications.
- Accurately document loan records.
- Communicate clearly with operations and sales partners regarding verification needs.
- Track all employment verifications for timely follow-up and confirmation.
- Use Empower (POS) for loan notation, document indexing, and employment verification ordering.
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years residential mortgage experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a changing workload.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST
