Responsibilities

• Prepare food items efficiently and accurately following established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Clover processing sales and managing customer orders.
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders with attention to detail, and serve food promptly.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change while maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Clean and Dry dishes
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Assist with food safety management practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service or fast food restaurant preferred but not required; training provided.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Clover is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and maintain a clean workspace throughout shifts.
