Responsibilities of a General Manager :
- Manage, train, monitor, and coach Crew/ Team members
- Direct and assign restaurant employees to meet operational standards
- Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with policies and practices
- Prepare work schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels within cost control procedures
- Complete and maintain all employment-related records
- Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
- Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and respectfully
- Hire and develop restaurant crew and management team members
- Prepare operational reports and develop action plans for improvement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
