Note: This role requires a 50-hour work week. Compensation is paid hourly and aligns with the provided annual salary range.

What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager:
- Lead daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Provide leadership, training, and direction when the Restaurant General Manager is not on site
- Manage shift execution, labor, and financial goals
- Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Handle customer and team concerns with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, maintenance, and administrative responsibilities
