The Opportunity

We are launching a brand new canvassing department—and we’re looking for an experienced Canvassing Manager to take the lead in building it from the ground up.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be the driver of a new revenue-generating team, with full support from leadership and HR. You'll recruit, train, and lead a high-energy door-to-door canvassing team, helping generate qualified leads and brand awareness for our sales department.

You won’t just manage a team—you’ll build it, lead it, and have a direct impact on our growth trajectory.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit & Hire canvassers with support from our in-house HR team
• Onboard & Train new hires to confidently represent the Tacheny Exteriors brand
• Manage & Lead a team of door-to-door canvassers in the field
• Motivate your team daily through energy, example, and accountability
• Build Rapport: Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs
• Hit the Pavement: Be prepared to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
• Field Navigation: Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport canvassers to and from designated locations. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
• Track Metrics & Performance to ensure team effectiveness and results
• Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to align messaging and campaigns
• Continuously optimize and improve canvassing processes as the department grows

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a canvassing or door-to-door sales team
• Passion for leadership, team development, and results
• Comfortable working in the field and setting the tone through action
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and the drive to build something new

• Canvassing: 1 year (Required)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule

• 11:00am - 7:00pm (will change during shorter daylight hours)
• Evenings and weekends are a normal part of the work schedule
• This position is subject to a background check.
