We have a rare opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility.

The Administrator is responsible for all general matters of the Skilled Nursing Facility. The purpose of this position is to establish and maintain systems that are effective and efficient to operate the facility in a manner to safely meet resident needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements

Responsibilities: |

|
|
|
|
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator's license in the State of Illinois required. Bachelor’s degree in Management/Healthcare discipline preferred. |
|
|
|
|
Prior experience, particularly in healthcare facility. Familiarity with long-term care services is useful. |
|
|
|
|
Work is primarily sedentary in nature, with lifting up to 20 pounds maximum. Mobility essential, walking, standing, sitting, talking, hearing. |

|
|

Primarily inside with well-lighted and well-ventilated areas. |

Works closely with CEO, Department Heads, Nursing personnel, residents, and families. |
