We are seeking an experienced legal assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the legal field.
The candidate will be responsible for drafting wills, trusts, health care proxies, powers of attorney, all probate documents, all documents pertaining to the sale and purchase of residential and commercial real property, and accountings for estates, trusts and powers of attorney. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our attorneys in administering estates from start to finish, adhering to contract deadlines and closings in connection with real estate transactions, and interacting with clients, attorneys, and courts.
The candidate should have at least a two-year degree or paralegal certificate and enjoy working in a professional environment. The candidate shall possess a strong sense of accountability, positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. The position offers opportunities to grow professionally, with significant responsibilities.
