Tabletop Gaming Center (tabletopgamingct on YT and Twitch), operates as an independent tabletop games retailer with a small production house dedicated to tabletop gaming. We hope that through creating digital media we can bring different games and the tabletop hobby to a wider general audience. Job Description: We are looking for a candidate who is self motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to join a small team of creative and nerdy people. In this role they will be supporting our head producer, editor, and talent team in many aspects of production work for multiple live shows and prerecord media. This role is designed to be an entry point to the field of online tv production.
Position Type: Contracted - Part Time (~20 hrs per week)
Compensation: $400 a week to start.
Core Responsibilities May Include and Are Not Limited To:
Support publishing workflows, including uploading, and inputting analytical data.
Create Chapters and End Screens for YouTube uploads.
Engage community by replying to comments on youtube/tiktok/instagram.
Monitoring shows and moderating chat while shows go live.
Provide on-site or in studio support during live studio productions and recordings.
Assist with general production needs across multiple projects.
Assisting with material prep for shoots and recordings.
Position Requirements:
0-1 years of experience in media, productions, or communications. (internships or academic experience welcome.)
A flexible schedule that can work around the needs of production.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail.
Strong organization and time management.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.

Knowledge of Tabletop Gaming (TTRPGs, Card Games, Board Games) and Actual Plays within the online gaming space.
Familiarity of Adobe Suite/Photoshop/Premiere
Working Knowledge of DSLR and Mirrorless Cameras, Sound Mixers, and OBS/open-source broadcasting software.
