Table Rock Oral Surgery is looking for an experienced, confident, and people-focused Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our practice.

This is an important leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, creating efficient systems, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll work closely with our surgeon and team to ensure the practice operates smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, communicates well, and knows how to bring out the best in the people around them.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and support front office and clinical team members
  • Build a positive, professional, collaborative, and accountable team culture
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Support employee engagement and help address workplace concerns
  • Lead team meetings and effectively communicate practice initiatives and expectations

Practice Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of the practice and ensure things run smoothly
  • Optimize scheduling, patient flow, productivity, and overall office efficiency
  • Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet the needs of the practice
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance the patient and team experience
  • Help implement new systems, processes, and initiatives

Business & Compliance

  • Monitor practice performance and progress toward operational goals
  • Assist with payroll, timecard approvals, and administrative reporting
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies
  • Partner with surgeon and leadership to support operational and financial objectives
  • Help ensure policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed

Patient Experience

  • Champion an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through follow-up care
  • Ensure patients and their families are treated with professionalism, compassion, and respect
  • Address and resolve patient concerns in a calm, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented manner
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment for patients and team members

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who can lead with confidence while still being approachable and hands-on.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years of management experience in a dental, oral surgery, periodontal, medical, or similar healthcare practice preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong judgment, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is a plus
