We are a busy, established oral surgery practice in downtown Boise seeking a bright, energetic, reliable, and genuinely friendly Front Office Team Member to join our team.
Our goal is simple: provide every patient with an exceptional experience, outstanding service, and the highest level of care. We are proud to be a doctor-owned practice with no private equity or DSO affiliation, allowing us to focus on our patients and our team.

What You'll Do
As a key member of our front office team, you will help ensure that our practice runs smoothly and that every patient feels welcomed and well cared for. Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
- Scan and file reports, documents, radiographs, and other information into electronic patient records
- Manage the surgeon's schedule efficiently and proactively
- Answer, direct, and manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
- Warmly greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated promptly
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Check patients in, obtain identification and insurance cards, and collect co-pays and fees
- Accurately document payments and financial information
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies
- Review pre-operative and post-operative instructions with patients
- Send follow-up correspondence to patients and referring doctors/dentists as needed
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, dentists, team members, and vendors
- Protect patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications
Previous experience in healthcare, dentistry, oral surgery, or another service-oriented environment is a plus, but it is not required.
More important than a specific background is the right attitude and skill set. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
