We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and play an integral role in delivering high-quality primary and obstetric care. In this role, you will manage your own patient panel, build meaningful long-term relationships, and collaborate closely with our physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, collegial environment. You will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services across diverse patient populations, including obstetrics, pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients. Your expertise will support health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions. You will work in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, utilizing advanced clinical skills to improve health outcomes and enhance patient experiences. Key Responsibilities: What You'll DO

  • Full-Spectrum Family Care- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages, newborn through geriatric.
  • Obstetric Care- Provide prenatal and postpartum care, manage low-risk pregnancies, and coordinate with OB specialists as needed.
  • Preventive & Wellness Visits: Conduct well-child exams, annual physicals, immunizations, and health screenings.
  • Chronic Disease Management: Oversee ongoing treatment plans for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Documentation & EHR: Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system.
  • Patient Education & Referrals: Educate patients and families, and coordinate specialist referrals when clinically appropriate.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted NP licensure in the state
  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC or FNP-C)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in family medicine, including obstetric and prenatal care BLS certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Skills in CPT coding and ICD coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes; knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience with low-risk obstetric management and postpartum care
  • Proficiency with EHR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, long-term patient relationships

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. We are committed to offering compensation that reflects your expertise.
