Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender and server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with fine dining or upscale casual settings
• Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe creation
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
• Experience in food handling, food safety standards
• Schedule
• Mostly weekend shifts, with occasional weeknight shifts. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous restaurant experience in the position you’re applying for is required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a reliable form of transportation.
• Must be RAMP certified or obtain certification if not currently certified.
• Must be a team player who communicates well and supports coworkers.
• Must be able to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during busy shifts.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and a friendly, respectful attitude with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, attentive service and help create a great guest experience.
• Accurately take and enter orders and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
• Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
• Bartenders: Prepare drinks consistently and follow responsible alcohol-service practices.
