What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced bartender & server position at Table 105?
TABLE 105 is hiring an experienced bartender and an experienced server to join our team! We’re looking for dependable, professional people who provide great customer service and enjoy working in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
ScheduleMostly weekend shifts, with occasional weeknight shifts. Weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Previous restaurant experience in the position you’re applying for is required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Must be RAMP certified or obtain certification if not currently certified.
- Must be a team player who communicates well and supports coworkers.
- Must be able to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during busy shifts.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and a friendly, respectful attitude with customers and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, attentive service and help create a great guest experience.
- Accurately take and enter orders and process payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties.
- Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running smoothly.
- Bartenders: Prepare drinks consistently and follow responsible alcohol-service practices
