Regional Account Representative - South Florida (Foodservice)
Reports to: Director of Sales
Territory: Miami-Dade & Broward Counties
Compensation: $55,000–$70,000 annually, plus bonus potential
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Work Location: Field-based / On the road
About the Role:
Tabañero Hot Sauce is seeking an energetic, outgoing Regional Account Representative to help expand our presence in South Florida’s vibrant restaurant scene. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving, Florida-born brand that’s gaining strong momentum in foodservice.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines - introducing Tabañero to chefs, restaurant owners, and operators through in-person visits and tastings. You’ll build relationships, generate qualified leads, and work closely with our internal sales team to convert interest into long-term partnerships.
If you’re self-motivated, love food, and feel confident walking into restaurants and kitchens to start conversations, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Distribute tasting kits and collect contact information for follow-up
- Identify key decision-makers and schedule tastings with chefs and general managers
- Track daily activity and leads using Monday.com or Excel-based tools
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to support deal closure
- Represent the Tabañero brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong people skills and confidence walking into restaurants
- Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
- Reliable transportation (mileage/travel covered)
- Foodservice, sales, hospitality, or CPG experience preferred
- Former restaurant or bar managers strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be based in South Florida and familiar with the local scene
