The Opportunity
TAB Construction is a growing residential builder focused on custom homes and high-quality renovations across Delaware County.
We're looking for a Carpenter I / Apprentice who is early in their construction career and eager to learn the trade the right way. This role is designed for someone who brings strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to grow-we'll provide the hands-on experience and mentorship.
You'll work directly with experienced carpenters and leads, gaining exposure to all phases of residential construction while building a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities
Field Support & Execution
- Assist with framing, demolition, and general carpentry tasks
- Support installation work under the direction of Lead and Experienced Carpenters
- Handle basic tool use, material prep, and site tasks
Job Site Operations
- Assist with job site setup, organization, and daily cleanup
- Help with material handling, staging, and deliveries
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
Learning & Development
- Learn construction sequencing from foundation through finish
- Develop skills in carpentry techniques, tools, and job site best practices
- Take direction, apply feedback, and continuously improve
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 1-3 years of construction or carpentry experience preferred (or strong interest in the trade)
- Basic familiarity with tools and job site environments
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
