We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our customers. In this fully remote role, you'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and professional support through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve product, service, billing, and account-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed customer records using CRM and support ticketing systems.
- Educate customers on products, services, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and quality performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and recommend service improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, call center, or client success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Freshdesk, or similar customer support software.
- Ability to multitask while managing multiple customer interactions.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, financial services, e-commerce, or technology customers.
- Familiarity with knowledge base systems and help desk software.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
- Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Experience with AI-assisted customer support tools and automated ticketing platforms.
