What You’ll Do
- Operate with Precision: Safely operate cherry pickers and high-reach equipment to pull materials, components, and finished goods from elevated racks to support active production lines.
- Fuel Daily Production: Deliver raw materials and supplies to workstations, remove completed product, and ensure each line receives the correct items at the right time to stay on schedule.
- Maintain Accuracy: Pick, scan, and replenish stock with strict attention to part numbers, quantities, and production order requirements to prevent delays or shortages.
- Champion Safety: Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and equipment safety protocols while maintaining clear aisles, secure loads, and hazard-free work zones on and off the picker.
- Track & Report: Use production or inventory systems to record movements, verify pick lists, document shortages, and communicate issues that may impact workflow.
- Assist as Needed: Support general warehouse and production tasks such as staging materials, consolidating pallets, quality checks, or line changeovers during downtime or peak periods.
