Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient food production, beverage preparation, and customer service delivery.

- Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure proper training in food safety, kitchen management, and customer service protocols.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
- Monitor inventory levels of food products, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support promotional activities, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in food production, cooking, food preparation, or kitchen management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong management skills with demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Expertise in food service management including overseeing food handling practices and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in serving guests professionally and courteously.
