Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient food production, beverage preparation, and customer service delivery.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching and supervision to uphold high standards in food handling, serving, and hospitality.
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure proper training in food safety, kitchen management, and customer service protocols.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and staff training.
• Monitor inventory levels of food products, beverages, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure seamless service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support promotional activities, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.

Skills

• Proven experience in food production, cooking, food preparation, or kitchen management within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong management skills with demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• Expertise in food service management including overseeing food handling practices and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in serving guests professionally and courteously.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems, shift management procedures, and food industry best practices.
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques, catering operations, banquet services or dietary department experience is advantageous.
