Duties
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff in food handling, safety protocols, POS systems (including Aloha and Micros), and customer service techniques
- Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to maximize efficiency
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in hiring processes by interviewing candidates and supporting staff development through ongoing training & development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of hospitality management by fostering a positive team environment and ensuring excellent guest experiences
- Monitor food production processes, kitchen management, and catering services to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision with a strong background in quick service & fast food environments
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing teams within casual dining or hospitality settings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee inventory control and budgeting tasks
- Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing, and customer interactions
- Previous assistant manager experience preferred; familiarity with kitchen management and culinary experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
