Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Sales Manager based in Santa Clarita, CA. The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending industry events, creating presentations for clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Client Communication
- Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries, with a deep understanding of airline procurement, engine MRO, landing gear MRO, Defense Depot procurement, and/or heavy maintenance
- Proficiency in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Travel 50-75%
