Duties

• Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, providing a positive shopping experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash register operations, cash handling, and balancing the cash drawer.
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively.
• Educate customers on store products, plans, and promotions to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, processing returns, and managing retail math calculations efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
• Support team members with supervising experience by collaborating on daily tasks and ensuring smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with familiarity in POS systems and cash register operations.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency is essential.
• Previous experience with supervising or leading team activities is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail transactions and inventory management.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, cash drawer handling, and retail math calculations.
• Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with retail sales transactions, upselling strategies, product demos, stock management, and merchandising standards.
• Prior grocery store or retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
