Duties
- Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing rapport and understanding their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase device features, plans, and accessories
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using the cash register, including cash handling and balancing the cash drawer
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales processing and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries about products, plans, and store policies with clear communication and phone etiquette
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers
