C5ISR Engineer

T2S is seeking an experienced and innovative Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Engineer will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the business requirements and align with the overall project vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and robust solutions.
• Design end-to-end solutions that consider factors such as scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Ensure that solutions align with the overall engineering principles, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct architecture reviews to identify and address potential issues.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to recommend the adoption of tools and frameworks that align with business goals.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet project requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of engineering solution, design decisions, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions and work with relevant teams to mitigate them.
• Estimated travel 25%.

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain and maintain up to TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Compensation: $90k - $250k (DOE)

Salary : $90,000 - $250,000
