NOW HIRING: Experienced Skid Steer Operator / Snow Plow Driver
T2 Design is looking to add a skilled, reliable, and experienced Skid Steer Operator or Snow Plow Driver to our winter services team. This is experience-required, not an entry-level position. We want operators who know their equipment, can think on their feet, and can handle high-pressure winter conditions safely and efficiently.
Position: Skid Steer Operator / Snow Plow Driver
Type: Seasonal (Winter), with potential for year-round work
Location: Akron & Surrounding Areas
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers, snow plows, and related equipment for commercial and residential snow removal
- Perform salting/de-icing operations as needed
- Maintain equipment and perform pre- and post-shift inspections
- Follow assigned routes and complete them in a timely, professional manner
- Work safely during heavy snow events, often overnight or early mornings
- Communicate with dispatch and management as needed
Requirements
- Experience required: proven background operating skid steers and/or plow trucks
- Ability to work in harsh winter weather for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond on short notice during snow events
- Must be able to follow direction and operate independently
