Position Type: Contract (1 month assignment)Location: OCONUSWhy Join T12 Technologies? T12 Technologies is a services company that prioritizes employee growth by providing continuous education, training, and career advancement opportunities.  We cultivate a supportive environment that fosters a collaborative work culture, allowing employees to contribute ideas and engage in impactful projects.  By joining our team, you’ll be part of an initiative dedicated to delivering high-quality services and support, making a meaningful difference in logistics support efforts. Overview: T12 Technologies seeks a qualified highly skilled and adaptable General Contractor to perform labor and site support for a prefabricated building project located OCONUS.  The General Contractor performs labor and site support for prefabricated building projects.  This role requires an individual with strong hands-on capabilities, flexibility, and the ability to work in a secure environment under strict compliance standards. This position is contingent upon Successful Completion of Background checks, accreditation, and obtaining a work visa.   Key Responsibilities: Perform all unspecified labor tasks required for the successful completion of the prefabricated building installation. Assist with site preparation, assembly, and installation of prefabricated structures. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized worksite in accordance with safety regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required Trade school or vocational training in construction or building trades preferred Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general contracting, construction, carpentry, or prefab building assembly Experience working independently and troubleshooting issues on construction sites preferred Prior OCONUS assignment experience is a plus Proven experience in general contracting, construction, or related labor-intensive roles. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices. Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying environmental conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Skills and Abilities: Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining inventory accuracy, shipping details, and regulatory compliance. Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Adaptability: Flexible and resilient in rapidly changing supply environments. Preferred Skills: Experience with prefabricated building assembly.  Familiarity with OCONUS work environments and associated logistical challenges.  Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
